We aim to keep things simple and to complete the process for you as quickly as possible.
Once we have assessed your case, we will send you our Authority to Act for you to sign and return.
We may need to produce a Property Report/Valuation – though often this is unnecessary in Wayleave cases.
We will negotiate with the Electricity Company to maximise your offer – if you are happy to accept, the appropriate paperwork is drawn up and signed by all parties.
Completion can then take place and you will receive your payment. NB Any legal fees are usually paid by the Electricity Company.
